SUMMARY:  Print shows two British sailors waving banners labeled "Rodney," one smokes a long clay pipe, between them is a Dutchman, his hands behind his back, sitting in the bottom portion of a toy top, he says, "Mine head be very giddy indeed." MEDIUM:  1 print : etching. CREATED/PUBLISHED:  London : Pub. by W. Wells, No. 132 Fleet Street, 1781 May 8. NOTES: Title from item. Includes six stanzas of verse for the "Tune Patriot Fair" printed from separate plate below illustration. Paper has vertical watermark at center: crest or shield below fleur-de-lis. DLC.
