 Is the last upload ( http://www.clker.com/clipart-52443.html ) public domain ? I see a water mark at the top that says GS E&C. If you are the owner of this GS E&C or representing them, and releasing this picture into public domain, then it is. This means that this company will no longer have any rights whatsoever to the image, including the fact that other people can make money out of it. If this is not true, then you need to delete it.

I deleted the logo you uploaded since logos are not public domain. They identify their businesses and so they are trademarks.
