the intoxicated man should not be copyrighted. In fact it is a man from the OCAL warning signs http://www.clker.com/clipart-9317.html slightly modified and with added bottle - this remix was done by me and as the images here are public domain, there should be no problem.
Of course, it is possible that someone also created a similar sign, but I have never seen something like this. But it is possible and it is called "parallel evolution".
If you have any evidence, that the man itself is copyrighted, let us know.
