|Hi Catherine, thanks for uploading those pictures. I'm sure they will be useful even if you didn't trace them. I'm actually working on a tool now that will attempt to trace images automatically and all you will need to do is just upload a photo. I will let you know once it is done.|
About the vanishing posts, it is my mistake not yours. I actually was working on the database from a little bit and that might be the reason.
About this bug, I tried Crayon on a vista computer, and I used Internet Explorer. At first it did not work. I went to Adobe's website and clicked on "get adobe flash player". Then clicked on "Download". IE popped a security bar at the top saying some thing like "This website attempts to install activex control". I clicked on the bar, and agreed to install the activex control. After the installation finished, I closed all IE windows, and opened IE again. This time when I went to the images it worked fine.
My recommendation is 1. Try to follow the same steps I went through. Let me know where things break. 2. Try using Firefox or google chrome. My experience I had less troubles with them.
Also... visit this page: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/155/tn_15507.html . This will run a small test and tell you what version of flash you are running. To run Crayon, you need to have flash 10. Let me know what it says beside "Your Player Version:".
