Thank you Mohamed! I found an entry in English on the flag, called the Bornholm flag: http://flagspot.net/flags/dk-bornh.html It says that Bornholm is an island that is part of Denmark. Some people believe that this Danish flag is the oldest in the world!

Hi Nick, I have no information about what does the colors of flag represent, or the meaning of its symbols. I downloaded it from here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Flag_Denmark_Bornholmsflaget.svg . There is some more description about it over here as well http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flagge_Bornholms . Best, Mohamed

I notice that a green cross has been added to the Danish flag, which is just a white cross on a red field. I also notice that the person sharing this flag is "Mohamed Ibrahim." Since green is traditionally the color of the Islamic faith, I'm wondering if this flag is suppose to represent the Muslim residents of Denmark, or the Islamic faith in the kingdom of Denmark. There was a major controversy a few years ago when Danish-Jewish journalists created cartoons that insulted the Islamic prophet Mohammed.
