 Using the image is subject to the terms of use http://www.clker.com/disclaimer.html . I don't think it is a good idea to use a public domain image as your logo, since others can do the same if they obtain the image. Usually you need your logo to be unique and you need to protected so it can't be entirely based just on a public domain image. That's just my opinion. |
