Update: I see the problem. If I upload an image over 1024 by 768, it is not the original image that becomes a vector; rather, the original image remains as it is, while a copy is made in vector mode, *after* a delay of several minutes.
I recommend changing the wording on the front page to reflect this and avoid confusion. :-) |

The front page currently says “Upload any image larger than 1024×768 and it will be automatically vectorized in your account.” I uploaded an image that was 3020×1940. It was not vectorized.
Also, Crayon doesn’t work. I read and followed the instructions, traced carefully, and all I got was useless blobs. |
| Yay! Vectorized! When/how did this happen, and why is it not happening to the other large image I uploaded? |
The instructions also say:
“1. How do I reach Crayon on the website?
“Upload a raster image ( .jpg or .png )
“Click on My-Cliparts at the top of the screen
“Click on you recently uploaded image
“Click on convert all or part of this image to clipart”
There is no command “convert all or part of this image to clipart,” so I can’t click on it! |
