 Hi Laura,
The simplest and easiest way is to click on the Draw button at the front page and use the online tool to draw. You can also edit any picture that is close to what you want and modify it.
The tracing tool is hard to use and we will work on making it easier. However, we have an automated tracer on clker. All you need to do is upload a photo which is larger than 1024x768 (that's 700,000 pixels approx.) . It will then automatically vectorize it and place the result in your account. Let me know if you're still facing troubles.
