SUMMARY:  Print shows a female figure as the Mud Island fortress, Fort Mifflin, with two flags on her bonnet, astride a cannon firing on the British warship "Isis"; also show the "Somerset", "Roebuck", "Eagle", and the "Vigilant" of the British fleet at the confluence of the Schuylkill and Delaware rivers.
