SUMMARY:  Print shows Lord Lincoln standing on the right of St. Paul's portico, Charles James Fox standing in the center with Britannia and the British lion, and on the left, James Young, acting as proxy for Admiral Rodney, with Neptune, during the Westminster election; a large crowd fills the foreground. MEDIUM:  1 print : etching. CREATED/PUBLISHED:  [London] : Publish'd as the Act directs by P Mitchell North Audly St Grosr Sqr & J. Harris, Sweeting Alley, Cornhill, 1780 Septr. 25. NOTES: Title from item. Inscribed in ink at top: N.B. This is the original plate - out of the "Strawberry Hill Collection" etched by Lord Townsend who sometimes assumed the cognomen of "Earwig" - this plate was afterwards more finished - see opposite.
